Meet our Chef
Brook Bembenick is an executive chef with impressive experience as a chef at the age of 25. She is a graduate of the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge. While there, she was selected to do an internship in Augusta, GA at the Augusta National Golf course. Following Augusta, she was hired and worked her way up to Sous Chef at Maru in Aspen, Co. She then moved to Seward, Alaska where she worked as a chef in a unique restaurant that was once an Alaskan railroad car. They specialized in “in-house” smoked meat products.
Brook was born into a military family and has lived in many exciting places, but she calls Delhi, LA her home.
